The aim of Sustainable South Brent is to involve as many people as possible in the parish to take positive action to combat climate change and declining energy resources, from changing over to low energy lightbulbs, through using local services and buying local produce, to planting trees and installing renewable energy systems.
Sustainable South Brent has adopted a constitution as a non-incorporated association, and has five active working groups - it is never too late to join!.
We are working on a number of projects over the summer including a Local Directory and a school travel plan. In the autumn we're planning to hold a number of meetings and workshops, details will be publihsed in September
