1st South Brent Scout Group

Welcome to the website of the 1st South Brent Scout Group

The scout group is based on the Southern most edge of Dartmoor in the United Kingdom. We belong to the Plympton & Ivybridge District Scout Council which is also part of the Devon County Scout Council.The group has approximately 80 members at the moment

The Group currently has:

  • Beaver section which meets 6pm - 7.15pm Mondays led by Annemarie Kendell
  • Cub section which meets 6.30pm - 8pm Tuesdays led by Paul Creed
  • Scout section - has reopened with our new leaders Tim and Fiona Harvey and Nick Kendell. Meets 7:30 to 9:30 Fridays

All meetings take place in term time only at South Brent Village Hall.

Any young people aged 10 to 14 year olds wanting to find out more about Scouting and the range of adventurous activities planned, please contact Tim on scoutsection(*at*)southbrent.co.uk or phone 0845 6344249.

 

Explorer Unit

Calling all 14 - 18 year olds in South Brent

The Scout Group are planning to launch an Explorer section in the village, and would like to invite all 14 - 18 year olds interested in taking part in adventurous activities and expeditions to join us.
